If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for fees or penalties imposed by your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Placement, Confirmation & Cancellation

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. VivaLeaf reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order
at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order by contacting us at info@vivaleaf.us as soon as possible after placing it. Cancellation is only possible before the order has been processed for shipment by our fulfillment
partner (Herbalife). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance

Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we are unable to ship your order within the
Timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you by email and provide the option to either consent to the revised shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Change of mind returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, factory-sealed items.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIVALEAF’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS EXCEED
THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VIVALEAF IN THE 12-MONTH PERIOD
PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
