1. Shipping Destinations & Eligibility
Coverage: We currently ship to all valid physical addresses, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) within the United States.
International Shipping: At this time, we only fulfill orders within the U.S. and do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
To ensure maximum freshness and quality, our fulfillment team processes orders quickly and efficiently. Please refer to our standard shipping schedule below:
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday
Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 3 Business Days — Monday to Friday (Excludes Holidays)
Transit / Delivery Time: 3 – 7 Business Days — Monday to Saturday (Excludes Sunday)
Detailed Shipping Schedule Breakdown:
Order Placement: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or during the weekend (Saturday–Sunday), will begin processing on the following business day.
Handling Window: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our warehouse team to pack and hand over your supplements to the carrier.
Transit Window: Once dispatched, domestic transit typically takes between 3 and 7 business days to reach your destination.
3. Shipping Costs & Methods
Calculated at Checkout: All shipping fees are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your exact delivery location, package weight, and order details. There are no hidden fees, unexpected surcharges, or surprises.
Standard Shipping: We partner with premium, reliable domestic carriers (including USPS, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure your dietary supplements arrive safely at your doorstep.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking information.
5. Delays & Delivery Exceptions
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delivery exceptions may occur due to factors outside of our direct control. VivaLeaf is not responsible for shipment delays caused by:
Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
Carrier-specific backlogs, sorting errors, or regional disruptions.
Incorrect, incomplete, or unverified shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
Please carefully double-check your street address, apartment/suite number, and zip code before completing your purchase.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We want to make sure every order experience is smooth, reliable, and stress-free. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, or if you suspect your package is lost in transit, please take the following steps:
Verify the shipping address listed on your order confirmation.
Check around your property, building lobby, or with neighbors.
Wait an additional 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as "delivered" prematurely.
